 My Trip to Vaginia Beach last year wasn't ......

 what I expected of my Trip :-(

 But I tried my best to enjoy my week stay out there

 And my nails was the greatest memory out there !

 Why you ask?

Well that was the only time i had no tears in my eyes through out the entire trip. And this lady hooked my UV tips UP!

Which I'm hoping to get on my up coming trip to VA again this Monday. I'm almost certain that my trip will be alot better then last. This time me and the boo will be out there for 4-5 days instead. And I hope VA is up on stiletto nails this year because they were clueless last time i visited. I'm gonna try and bring back some nick knacks for the nieces and nephews when i get back. And I'm a lil confused on whether I should stick with my bang hair style or my immaculate invisible part which is more practical. Well hopefully I'll figure it out by tomorrow since Monday the go date. Any who I plan to take happier photos which actually includes my face in them this time on around. And to just enjoy this trip as a whole.

Brighten the night

HELLO MY BLOG BABIES!

China here to keep you guys updated with me and my where abouts. For one work is kicking my ass which is making it damn near impossible for me to care for my blog as I would like to. But fuck it cuz at this point I'm not gonna walk away from one of the many hobbies I love which of coarse is  Fashion blogging!!!

 I took these pictures a few nights back before heading out to eat with a friend. Since this LOSER friend( yeh u know who you are) took so damn long I decided to snap sum pics of my makeup and outfit of the evening, Nothing special here but I do love my make up I created on a whim. and these lashes are freaking feirce! I was considering doing a hual for you guys but I decided just to show case my gifted or purchased items on the day I wear them instead. I wish I wouldve gotten a pic of my coat and scarf so you can see how I layered ever so lovely lol. Bomb Bday Blast

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Well haven't had a great bday in many years. So this year my big sister set us up to go to my favorite french restaurant in the city. It was an amazing time that I will never forget. We also stopped by Friday's for a few midnight drinks then headed to a club called Iguana's which i have never heard of or been to. It was a helluva night! So i wanted to share of of the photos i received from friends that was captured sum of the silly moments. I hope i can show more of the nights escapades in a future post. My homegirl pictured here tried to dance battle my big sis which was insanely hilarious!! Great job P! Anyway hope u like the pics guys and hope every1 had a wonderful weekend as I did.

HAIR DID BY

 So as u guys can see my hair do's went through many changes since I last did a REAL post on my blog. The funny thing is I noticed alot of my fav bloggers I haven't seen in a long time also went through alot of changes themselves. Whether it was a new hair color or clothing style. I love how much everyone has grown and matured in there own way.

 As for those who don't know me and my old blogging style please note that I was a faithful weave ponytail girl a few years back. It kinda stuck with me after high school  and many years after I left lol! Also due to my gym schedule since it was the easiest style I could attain at the time. And besides I had no real knowledge about hair units and styling.  

 So I learned and taught myself the do's and don'ts of how I can maintain a weave style. And also learned how to truly take care of my own natural hair stresses. Currently my entire head is completely natural. Believe it or not  my blog bunnies I have a straight "black panther" Afro braided tightly underneath all these hair units u see here.

 I have been blessed with discovering a new talent about myself and now I even do hair for friends and clients! It doesn't hurt that I make a lil cash on the side from this new small side occupation as well hehe ;-) <3 

 So which one do u prefer? I know this style here has to be one of my top favs. This is 19 inches long after a good razor trim down. I even learned how to cut, style , curl! IDK where I get it , but I thank God for teaching me something new about myself. Just as the time I discovered how to make garments. who knows what else lurks within me.

There u have it just a quick preview on one of the subjects I will touching on in the new year of my new improved blog. And I promise not to let you blog babies down again ( unless its earth shattering -God forbid!). If you have any questions feel free to contact me here through the comment section. So I  have said numerous times that I was going to work on revamping my blog. Yet never getting to do so due to my ridiculous schedule. Yes I am still working nights and I am well adjusted to it by now. Yet I wake up early afternoon which leaves me little to no time to take care of all my obligations.

MIU MIU RESORT 2011 COLLECTION

I FUCKING LOVE THIS COLLECTION

After watching show after runway and resort collections I've come to realise that fashion has become a little too serious. OK I get it! Its cool to keep the serious structured , nose in the air side of fashion. But it is so refreshing to see something light hearted, fun, and with a dash of sass and sex appeall. Before I read any reviews or interviews of the designer inspiration to a collection I try to detect it on my own. And for some reason I sensed a french women's was aura over this line. I don't know if its the French women in me that can spot such character...or maybe its the YSL, Miuccia Prada's DNA within this collection.
Come to find out Miuccia was inspired by the 1940's-1970's era of scandalous French women of that time. Which you can definitely see when looking over this entire collection of 14 naughty( in a good way) looks. I also love the photography of this resort line. The black and white background keeps your focus on each piece.Yet Not oh so serious candy colors along with tans and navy garments splashed with apple and sweet heart prints.

I would definitely give Miu Miu 2011 resort a top spot on one of the most memorable displays to date. Which is your favorite resort or runway show for 2011?

All though many other shows have disappointed me this season I will say that Marc Jacobs never fails when it comes to this French line. I have totally been inspired these past couple of weeks. HEY BLOG BABIES!

I know its been a long time coming but I am still alive and doing well.

I haven't taken any new pics in a looooong time so I decided to share the few pics I received from my sister. I miss you guys dearly I will try my best to keep you updated with my where abouts. These pics were taken on memorial day at a family bbq. I will try to get some more picks of this day. It was super fun and relaxing since I don't go out much.

I had this dress for over 4yrs. I like the fit much better then I did when I was 20 pounds heavier.


Oh yeh how can I forget I changed my hair lol! what do guys think? And yes thats a roller in my hair lol! Gotta keep it real blog bunnies!

OHHHH MY....

IT HAS BEEN SOOO LONG!! I MISS EACH AND EVERY LOYAL BLOG BUNNY DEARLY! EVEN THOSE THAT CHECK ON ME WHEN THEY CAN. How has everyone been doing? As some of you know I have been working nights and its taken a whole different turn in my life. I sleep during the day and work from 9pm -4am. My blog has always been in the back of my mind ALOT and I was missing checking in on the blogs I used to check regularly. But my sleep is very important to me and if I don't get a sufficient amount I can never be as alert nor energized at night. Which is not an option in a hyper hiphop night club.
So since I started this new job I haven't taken any new pics till today. I wanted to show you guys the few lil' new things I have purchased during these past weeks. I wouldn't call this a haul but call it what you want..I say "Petite Purchases". lol. First off I went to the city on one of my days off and purchased this grey faux leather jacket. Its super fitted and has a cool structure in the shoulder area. See in New York it's very easy to walk into a person with a very similar black leather jacket that you are wearing or own. Even guys rock women leather jackets for a certain fit ( yeh even skinny jeans smh). So this time I decided to go for a color I will less likely see others rock every other day. And as some of you can see from my past post I love me some grey!

I also purchased these leggings in the city in the random store me and my sister stay visiting when we are in the area. I know this particular trend might be fading for some but that's exactly why you see me rocking them now. Now that there isn't a sea of chicks walking down the street with leggings on I feel more proud to wear these babies.They are light weight yet holds me in all the right places. And I looove the mesh cut outs on the side. I love my legs so showing a lil peep can't hurt right?

and out of my entire shoe collection they are the most comfortable shoes I own! I sooo swear to you guys! since at my job we are not allowed to wear sneakers or flats. I went on a shoe hunt...And when I entered this shoe store they were the first pair to call my name.

china: oh boy, I mean you look amazing don't get me wrong but you don't look that comfy and I'm on my feet all night.

china: *sigh* ooohhhkaaayy but I can't make no promises , they might not have my size plus you look a lil'pricey.

So yes I bought these heels without any regret and I've been back to that store and these were truly the last pair can ya believe this? Talk about meant to be...WOOOHOOOO!!!!

This is my go to bag when I go to work. I don't have the cash for a speedy 30 which I want dearly. But this holds 3 pairs of shoes , 3 change of outfits and whatever else I may need for the night. And I love the sleekness and shine of this bag. Flows naturally with my new leggings and Doll House Shoes.

And I've also been experimenting with new makeup looks. Since people tend to be all in my face at night time lol.

In this look I used a metallic royal blue liner for the inner corners of my eyes and continued with a solid black liner. I used blue, yellow, pink, and burgundy shadows for the outer corners. I also used those colors on the lower lash line.

Then I put my foundation and bronzer and charcoal black mascara on my lashes. No fake lashes with this look. I rarely wear fake lashes. But you can try this look how ever you like. on the lips I have on KISS lipstick the color is 'tea rose'. What I like about this color is that I can put very lil or alot and it doesn't look too powerful on my face.
In these photos I put alot so the color can be more visible.

Oh and here is a wedge I just purchased before the Doll House heels. Can't wait to show ya the looks I put together with these lovelies! Super comfy as well!

I also got the denim vest at the local store in my area.

And lastly These are sum of my go to products I've been addicted to lately.

Far left is my SKA cara facial products I wash and moisturize my face with after taking off my makeup. It keeps my skin soo soft, its awesome. Next is the wet & wild light pink shimmer. Its dope as a shadow and even a light blush. Next is American Idol cream blush sticks. It has 2 different colored blushes on each end and the color looks as though I have sun kissed cheeks, so cute. Next is my nude color American Idol lip and brow pencil. I use this around my lips to give my lipstick a cleaner line. Easy to blend with finger or concealer brush. Then for my lips its the tea rose color lipstick from KISS. Looks gorgeous matte or glossed. And for my go to gloss it would be Jordana Lip jellies. Although I hate fruity smelling( or tasting) lip gloss I love the light lip stain it gives my lips.
