I have to say this week for me personally was the most relaxing peaceful week I've had in a long time. Given I didn't go anywhere special and yes I knocked out 5 days in the gym as I've been determined to achieve weekly. But something about this week that gave me a melancholy feel to my surroundings. I guess it can be a realization to something that has always been here. Like realizing how blessed you are every time you open your eyes to a new day. I believe that true appreciation comes with age and wisdom. I for one learned this through experience, close friends and family.

Trust I have my shitty days, but that's just it. Having to go through the shitty-ness of that day or week or month can be a blessing in very lol shitty disguise. I'm big enough to dust my shoulders off and keep it pushing. So can you ! Now applaud yourself  for what you've accomplished and whats to come. I tip my hat to all my blessed blog babies!
